Problem

Intrawest is a world leader in property development striving to create great experiences. With a world–wide market, Playground utilizes a diverse range of sales professionals. The problem was these professionals did not have consistent online communication tools to approach their customers.

Solution

Veratta developed an application that would allow Marketing and Sales departments to deploy consistant sales collateral materials. Veratta achieved this by:

• Developing an AJAX enabled intranet application – We developed an easy-to-use, wizard style appliation that would allow users to create high quality sales collateral materials. These materials are then made available company wide in PDF format for dissemination.
• Utilizing an Approval/Publish system – In order to assist in the management of Playground's internal business processes, we incorporated a multi-tiered approval and publishing process. This process allows control over which sales collateral items are available for release to clients. This ensured consistancy across the company.

Results

This tool has assisted in helping Playground create a visible gap between its competitors. By achieving consistancy for its Sales Collateral materials, the company has strengthened its professional appearance.
